Ministry of Complaints seat falls vacant; complaints to be minuted and held
The seat of Minister of Complaints fell vacant in January on the resignation of the holder, tendered in writing and accepted with regret. Under Article 7 the vacancy is advertised by this notice for one quarter.
Complaints received during the vacancy are being minuted and held by the Office of the Registrar, and will be placed before the incoming Minister in the order of their receipt. The five-working-day acknowledgement continues to be issued in every case.
Petitions against appointments, which lie to the Ministry of Complaints, are held in the same queue. No petitioner loses their place by reason of the vacancy.
