The Republic of Saint Guillermo was constituted on 22 August 2026 by instrument of declaration, adopted in full by the founding assembly and deposited with the Office of the Registrar as Document SG/CONST/001. The Constitution consists of twelve articles and four schedules and may be amended only by public gazette notice.
Article 1 establishes the Republic as a sovereign association of persons rather than of land. Article 2 provides that sovereignty is vested in the citizen and travels with the citizen. Article 4 prohibits the Republic from claiming, purchasing or occupying territory. Article 7 requires that all offices of state be filled by public register, and that the register remain open to inspection at all times. 1

No placement is held for October 2026. Enterprises of citizens are entered on the Register of Enterprises under Decree 7 of 2026; placements as Enterprise of the Month are taken up from the calendar.
Register of Enterprises opened; placements as Enterprise of the Month By Decree 7 of 2026 the Register of Enterprises is opened. Any citizen may enter an enterprise of their own on Form E-1 for an annual fee; every entry stands provisional until verified by the Registrar and is published on verification. Three placements as Enterprise of the Month are held for each calendar month up to a year ahead, and Warrants of Appointment may be applied for by registered enterprises. Specification of the flag confirmed; construction sheet deposited By Decree 6 of 2026 the flag of the Republic is confirmed at the proportion 2 : 3, hoist to fly, and the construction sheet SG/PW/SPEC/2 prepared by the Ministry of Public Works is deposited with the Registrar as the standard measure for manufacture. Schedule 2 is amended accordingly. Flags already manufactured are not recalled, none having been manufactured. 25 Aug 2026 |
Offices of state opened to appointment By Decree 5 of 2026 (Amendment No. 2) twelve further ministries are established and the offices of Minister, Minister of State and Under-Secretary in every ministry save the Office of the Registrar are open to any citizen for a term of one year, without limit of number. All instruments, documents and regalia issued through this portal are commemorative in character and confer no legal rights, nationality, residency or consular protection in any recognised jurisdiction. Citizens are advised to retain existing passports and civil documentation.
