Issuance of documents and regalia
The following instruments are issued by the Registrar on application. Each is entered in the schedule with a specimen record, which states the specification, the conditions of issuance, and whether the instrument is presently offered.

| SG-140 | Border plaque, cast brass Cast plaque for the marking of a notional frontier at a place of the citizen's choosing. |
| SG-155 | Sash of office Woven sash for holders of appointments, grade indicated by edge stripe. |
| SG-161 | Medal of the Order of the Spiral Struck medal with ribbon and case; conferred, not sold, to holders of the Order. |
| SG-CERT | Certificate of Citizenship, framed The citizen's own certificate on matte canvas in a 1.25″ frame; composed from the register to order. |
The following articles are manufactured on demand and offered on trial ahead of their entry in the schedule. Each is manufactured only after receipt of the fee.

Documents and regalia issued by the Office of the Registrar are commemorative. The passport booklet is not a travel document and must not be presented to any border authority, airline, bank or public official as evidence of identity or nationality. Presentation of a commemorative document as an official one is a matter for the law of the jurisdiction concerned and the Republic accepts no liability arising from it.
