Register of mounted plaques
Under Article 4(3) a citizen may mark a notional frontier at a place of the citizen's own choosing. Where a border plaque (item SG-140) has been fixed and the citizen notifies the Ministry of Public Works of its position, the mounting is entered in this register and will in due course be plotted on the map maintained below.
The register records the plaque's serial, the citizen number of the mounter, the date of mounting, and the position to the precision the citizen elects to disclose. No entry confers, and no entry shall be read as asserting, any interest in the land concerned.
No mounting has yet been notified. Item SG-140 is suspended pending re-manufacture (Decree 142 of 2026); the register will open to entries when the first plaques of the new batch are despatched. Notifications received in the interval are minuted and held in the order of their receipt.
