Annual observation summary laid; a single omission recorded and explained
The Ministry of Meteorology has published its annual summary of observations, recording entries on three hundred and sixty-four days of three hundred and sixty-five. The omission of 3 February is attributed to the absence of the Minister and is recorded without further comment.
The standing exchange with the Directorate of North Guillermo operated without interruption throughout the year. Observations were transmitted at 06:00 hours on every day on which an observation was made, and the Directorate's observations were received and filed in return.
The Registrar of Observations countersigned every entry in the year under review. The summary is deposited as SG/MET/SUM/2026 and may be inspected on request.
Keeper of the Standing Clock: certification of the first quarter
The state clock was wound and certified on the last day of the quarter. The certificate records a deviation of forty seconds, which the Keeper attributes to the season and does not propose to correct.
Batch B-14 of the passport booklet approved for despatch
The Inspector of Batches attended the manufacture of batch B-14 and has approved it. Two hundred and fourteen booklets remain in stock at the date of publication.
The Gazette is published quarterly and supplied to all citizens without charge in electronic form. A printed edition, sewn and trimmed to 210 × 297 millimetres, is issued to subscribers at ¤18 for four numbers, carriage included.
