Calendar of placements

For each calendar month the Registrar holds three placements as Enterprise of the Month. A placement puts the enterprise at the head of the Register of Enterprises and on the portal of state for the whole of that month, and is noticed in the Gazette. Placements are open to enterprises standing registered, up to twelve months ahead, in the order the fee is received. They are not transferable and the fee is not refunded.

Standing notice · Decree 7 of 2026

Entry in the Register of Enterprises is a commemorative record of the Republic of Saint Guillermo. It confers no legal personality, licence, trade mark, permit or right in any recognised jurisdiction, and is recognised only in terms of the Republic. The Republic does not endorse, warrant or verify the trade of any enterprise entered; every enterprise remains subject to the law of the place where it trades.

Petitions concerning an entry are heard by the Ministry of Complaints.
