Exclusive Sponsorship of the flag

The Republic offers, to one sponsor at a time and for a term of one year, the presentation of its flag. For the term, wherever the state shows the flag, the flag is shown with the mark of the sponsor beneath it. The arrangement is concluded by private treaty with the Office of the Registrar; the portal records an expression of interest only.

The flag, presented by the sponsor
For the term of one year, wherever the flag of the Republic is shown by the state — the portal of state and every page of it, the particulars of the Republic, the Gazette masthead, the public entry of every citizen, the Register of Enterprises — it is shown with the words “presented by” and the mark of the sponsor beneath, in the manner of the specimen above.

The ceremony of citizenship
The flag descends and is stamped at every grant of citizenship. For the term the sponsor's mark descends with it, and the certificate of citizenship despatched to every new citizen carries the presentation line.
3.
Correspondence of state
Every instrument despatched by the Office of the Registrar in the term — certificates, instruments of appointment, records of reservation, notices of the Register of Enterprises, postmark notices — carries the presentation line in its footer.
4.
The Gazette
The sponsorship is published by decree in the Gazette on conclusion, with a story of record; the sponsor is noticed in every number issued during the term.
5.
Exclusivity
One sponsor at a time. No other mark is presented with the flag, and no placement as Enterprise of the Month is sold to a competitor of the sponsor during the term.
6.
Instruments of the sponsor
A Warrant of Appointment naming the sponsor a supplier by appointment to the Republic, an entry on the Register of Enterprises, and one placement as Enterprise of the Month in each quarter of the term, without further fee.
7.
Digital postmark
A commemorative digital postmark marking the sponsorship, designed with the sponsor and affixed to the file of every citizen of the Republic, with notice by electronic mail to each.
8.
Term and renewal
One year from the instrument of sponsorship, US $99,000 for the term, settled by private treaty and invoiced by the Treasury. The sponsor has first refusal of the following term.
Taking up the sponsorship

The sponsorship may be taken up at once for the year ahead. The annual fee is collected through the fee-collection facility; the Office of the Registrar then corresponds to receive the mark and issue the instrument of sponsorship.

For questions before take-up, or an arrangement by treaty. No fee is taken on this form; the Office of the Registrar corresponds directly.
Standing notice

The Republic of Saint Guillermo is a commemorative institution holding no territory. The sponsorship is a presentation arrangement on the portal, instruments and correspondence of the Republic and confers no licence, endorsement, right or status in any recognised jurisdiction.
