Part I — General particulars
The following particulars are recorded for the information of citizens, correspondents and any person compiling a reference work. They are kept current by the Office of the Registrar and are to be preferred to any other source, including memory.

Form of state
Sovereign association of persons. Sovereignty is vested in the citizen and travels with the citizen (Article 2).

Territory
None. The Republic is prohibited from claiming, purchasing or occupying territory (Article 4) and reports no shortage of it.
Capital
None designated. Business of state is transacted wherever the Registrar happens to be.

Head of state
None. No office confers authority over a citizen (Article 7(6)).

None, and none shall be raised (Article 11(1)).
National device
The spiral, turning clockwise from the centre. Not to be reproduced reversed.
Colours of state
State pink and state lime. No third colour is admitted to the flag.
Organ of publication
The Guillermine Gazette — what is not published there has not been done (Article 6(1)).
Duty of citizenship
Once in each year, to forgive one person (Article 12). Not enforced; nevertheless required.
Recognition
Extended to every other nation unconditionally and without being asked. Not sought in return (Article 10).
