Application for entry of an enterprise
Any citizen may enter an enterprise of their own on the Register of Enterprises. The entry carries the trading name, the nature of the enterprise, a description, one image and the address on the network, with the proprietor recorded by citizen number; every enterprise entered is an enterprise of the Republic. The fee is annual. Every entry stands provisional from receipt of the fee until verified by the Registrar, and is published on verification.

Entry in the Register of Enterprises is a commemorative record of the Republic of Saint Guillermo. It confers no legal personality, licence, trade mark, permit or right in any recognised jurisdiction, and is recognised only in terms of the Republic. The Republic does not endorse, warrant or verify the trade of any enterprise entered; every enterprise remains subject to the law of the place where it trades.
